BVN and Escrow Management
4.2 BVN Verification Process
Identity verification is handled via a structured, step-by-step process before enabling wallet withdrawals. We present a clear consent screen before any sensitive data is collected.
4.3 Escrow and Wallet Management
Housing Payments
Funds are held for 3 calendar days. If no dispute is raised, funds are automatically disbursed to the landlord.
Marketplace Payments
Disbursement occurs only after the student explicitly confirms satisfaction via the in-app button.
5Legal Basis
We process data based on contractual necessity, explicit consent, and legal obligations under Nigerian law.
6Data Sharing
We share data only with essential partners like Paystack, Google, and cloud infrastructure providers.
7Retention
Financial records are kept for 7 years. Chat data is archived after 90 days and deleted after 12 months.
